Last March Walter Isaacson, of the Aspen Institute, published an article in the Washington Post entitled, "Lets Help The Good Guys In The West Bank."
My rebuttal is here.
Today five healthy Hezbollah terrorists were exchanged for the remains of two Israeli soldiers, Eldad Regev and Ehud Goldwasser.
My deepest condolences to the familes of Ehud Goldwasser and Eldad Regev. Israel mourns. Hopes and prayers for Gilad Schalit and his family.
The response of the good guys in the West Bank:
The Jpost says they are praising it as a historic victory.
What the Jpost left off is that it is no doubt viewed as a victory for Islam. As the forced expulsion of thousands of Israelis from Gaza and northern Samaria was viewed as a victory for Islamic terrorism.
Those good guys Walter Isaacson wants to help are heaping praise upon Samir Kuntar, who crushed the skull of a four-year-old child, as a hero.
Those good guys took to the streets to celebrate the freeing of five healthy terrorists, chanting slogans in support of Hizbullah, or Hezbollah, which ever it is. And passing out candy!
The good guys, who are incorrectly referred to as Palestinians, [there are no Palestinians], also demonstrated in support of the President of Sudan who recently was charged with genocide by the International Criminal Court in The Hague.
Sudaneese President Omar Hassan al-Bashir's Islamic government has waged a jihadist campaign of genocide that has resulted in the deaths of more than 400,000 people and ruined the lives of another 2.5 million.
Much of it against the southern Sudanese Christians as well as other Muslims opposed to Sharia law.
And Walter Isaacson's good guys in the West Bank are out demonstrating in solidarity with the President of Sudan and Hizbullah.
The Fatah terror leader Mahmoud Abbas sent greetings and congradulated the family of Samir Kuntar. Also his Fatah Party organized a rally in Ramallah to celebrate the release of Hizbullah terrorists.
And these are the good guys in the West Bank that Walter Isaacson, Condi Rice, andTony Blair want to help with $millions of dollars in financial aid.
Mr. Isaacson, you wrote that article to encourage the contribution and donation of more $millions of dollars to a society that seeks the destruction of our ally Israel. And to encourage participation in the "Palestine Business Investment Conference", that was held last May.
Mr. Isaacson, if you really want to help the good guys in the West Bank,[ Judea and Samaria], you should help our Israeli friends and allies there.
How about a "Judea and Samaria Business Investment Conference" to help our Israeli friends settle, build, and grow in their own historic land?
