Radical Muslims Help Democrats

Mahdi_Bray At left is Mahdi Bray. Photo from Northern Virginiastan.

Bray is Executive Director of the Muslim American Society Freedom Foundation. An offshoot of the Muslim America Society, which has ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. Read his bio here.

From Discover The Networks:

"According to columnist Debbie Schlussel, "In October 1998, Mahdi Bray coordinated and led a Washington rally of 2,000 people during which he played the tambourine as the crowd repeated, 'Let's all go into jihad, and throw stones at the face of the Jews.' On December 22, 2000, Bray organized and spoke at a rally outside the White House at which the emcee and crowd chanted responsively in Arabic: 'O Jews, the Army of Muhammad is coming for you!' The Nazi swastika was openly displayed."

"At the December 22 event, wrote Steven Emerson in his book American Jihad, "posters calling for 'Death to Israel' and equating the Star of David with the Nazi swastika were openly displayed, and anti-Semitic literature calling for the destruction of the Jews and Israel was distributed. Members of the crowd burned the Israeli flag while marching to the White House." Bray's invited fellow speaker that day was Imam Mohammed al-Asi, who, wrote Emerson, "exhorted the crowd to violence in the name of Islam," urging those in attendance to take up arms "to liberate Al Quds [Jerusalem] and Al Aqsa [the mosque on Temple Mount atop the Western Wall in Jerusalem]."

Now, read how this radical Islamist has been working hard to garner votes for liberal Democrats. From the office of Deligate Todd Gilbert of Virginia:

"Ask Jim Webb what kind of impact we have. Ask the governor of Virginia what kind of impact we have," Mahdi Bray, the Muslim American Society's executive director told The Washington Times last week.

The Muslim American Society (MAS) claims credit for helping Jim Webb, Virginia Democrat, defeat incumbent Republican Sen. George Allen in 2006, and Democrat Tim Kaine defeat Republican Jerry W. Kilgore in 2005. MAS said it has registered 65,000 voters in Virginia since the 2005 gubernatorial race, and most of them backed Mr. Webb in a race decided by fewer than 8,000 votes.

"The Democrat's win hinged on the Muslim vote," Mr. Bray said during interviews Tuesday and Wednesday about the organization's political activities planned for upcoming elections in November and the 2008 presidential race.

Read Gilberts entire report:

"Democrats look the other way on radical Islamists in exchange for votes."

American Islamic Lobby gets the vote out:

"CAIR is urging Islamic communities to sign up Muslim voters at festivals that follow Eid ul-Adha prayers, held on Feb. 22 or 23, depending on the new moon. The holiday commemorates what Muslims believe was the prophet Abraham's willingness to sacrifice his son Ishmael at God's command."

"Some observers of CAIR and similar organizations insist that while these groups have a right to lobby just as any other public interest, their aims are suspect."

"They may not admit it, but ultimately they want to make the U.S. a Muslim country," Steven Emerson, a leading anti-terrorism specialist, told WorldNetDaily."

This is one more important reason why McCain must choose a VP that can help energize and mobilize the GOP base.

As has been previously pointed out on this blog, Huckabee can generate the kind of enthusiasm and energy among the base needed to counter Obama. Now add that to McCain's popularity among the military and we can have a winning combination.

King Abdullah of Jordan: Obama's Latest Foreign Policy Adviser

King Abdullah of Jordan spouts the typical Islamic propaganda concerning the lack of peace in the Middle East:

It's all Israel's fault. It's Israel not giving the Islamists everything they want. Reading between the lines that is exactly what Abdullah says. And Obama is in agreement.

As shown in Tom Brokaw's interview with Barack Obama during Meet The Press:

MR. BROKAW:  Let's move on to Israel, where you got very good notices across the political spectrum from Israeli leaders, but you also met with King Abdullah of Jordan.  He recently told The Washington Post, and he's been saying in--this in the United States, as well; when asked if Iran is the number one threat of the region, he said, no, "I think the lack of peace [between Israel and the Palestinians] is the major threat.  I don't see the ability of creating a two-state solution beyond 2008, 2009.  I think this is really the last chance.  If this fails, I think this is going to be a major threat for the Middle East:  Are we going to go for another 60 years of `fortress Israel,' or are we going to have a neighborhood where Israel is actually incorporated?  That's our major challenge, I'm very concerned that the clock is ticking, that the door is closing on all of us." I'm confident that he said the same thing to you.

SEN. OBAMA:  Yes.

MR. BROKAW:  Did you tell him that you would appoint a presidential envoy who would report only to you to work exclusively on the issues of peace between the Palestinians and the Israelis?

SEN. OBAMA: " I told him something approximating that.  What I told him was that this will be an issue that I don't wait until the last minute to work on, that I want to pick up on some of the progress that has been made coming out of Annapolis.  I give the Bush administration credit that the Annapolis process has gotten Prime Minister Olmert in Israel and President Abbas in the Palestinian territories to have very serious and frank discussions.  I think they have moved the ball forward.  They may not be able to finish the job. They certainly can't finish it without serious participation by the next administration, and we've got to start early.

And, and one thing I want to pick up on, because I think King, King Abdullah is as savvy a analyst of the region and player in the region as, as there is, one of the points that he made and I think a lot of people made, is that we've got to have an overarching strategy recognizing that all these issues are connected.  If we can solve the Israeli/Palestinian process, then that will make it easier for Arab states and the Gulf states to support us when it comes to issues like Iraq and Afghanistan.

It will also weaken Iran, which has been using Hamas and Hezbollah as a way to stir up mischief in the region.  If we've gotten an Israeli/Palestinian peace deal, maybe at the same time peeling Syria out of the Iranian orbit, that makes it easier to isolate Iran so that they have a tougher time developing a nuclear weapon.

So we've got to take all these issues, and I think the next president has to start very quickly in moving both on the peace process forward and still recognizing that issues like Iran are connected and of extraordinary priority."

Did you get that?

Obama adapts the Islamic propaganda that everything in the Middle East is connected to Israel not giving the Islamists everything they demand. That is exactly what you get when you read between the lines.

Fact: Shia verse Sunni rivalry and violence will happen no matter what Israel does or doesn't do.

Fact: Muslim persecution and violence against non-Muslims in the Middle East and around the world has been going on for centurys long before Israel became an independent state. And it continues.

Fact: Muslim persecution and intimidation of Christians to "dhimmitude status" has gone on for centurys. It is happening to the Christians in the Palestinian Authority. It is the reason why Bethlehem's Christian population has dwindled so much. It is happening to the minority Christian Copts in Egypt.

And should Israel surrender to the demands of Mahmoud Abbas and the other Islamists in giving up their own historic land of Judea and Samaria for a Palestinian state, that will further embolden the Islamists and terrorism will increase.

Just as it did when Israel left Gaza. Just as it did when Israel left Lebanon.

Note the question posed by Abdullah above:

"Are we going to go for another 60 years of 'fortress Israel,' or are we going to have a neighborhood where Israel is actually incorporated?"

In other words, Abdullah wants to see Israel swallowed up into the Muslim state, or Ummah.

Israel bowing the knee to the Islamists will not do one thing to make things "easier" for America in Iraq or Afghanistan. But rather, encourage their fellow Islamists in those regions.

This is why the Islamists are lining up to support Obama.

What Brit Hume Left Out Of His Special Report Segment On Kuntar

Have always enjoyed watching the "Special Report" with Brit Hume on Fox.

Even though during the Republican primarys he and his co-horts Fred Barnes and Krauthammer oozed with biased hostility towards Mike Huckabee. Their fondness for Romney has always been apparent.

Last night, 07/24/08, on the Special Report, Brit Hume did an excellent job reporting on how the infamous "Al-Jazzera" is portraying the notorious terrorist murderer Samir Kuntar as a "hero."

Kuntar murdered an un-armed Israeli civilian father in front of his four year old child. Shooting him point blank. Kuntar then took his rifle butt and smashed the skull of the innocent four-year old child against a rock.

Brit Hume accurately reported on Al-Jazzera's portrayal of Kuntar as a "hero."

However, in the same report, Brit Hume failed to mention that Mahmoud Abbas and the so-called "moderates" of the Palestinian Authority also heaped praise upon Kuntar as a "hero."

Abbas himself sent personal congradulations and greetings to the family of Samir Kuntar upon his release.

The so-called "moderate" Fatah party of Mahmoud Abbas staged a rally and celebration in support of Kuntar and the other released Hizbullah terrorists.

They also demonstrated in support of the President of Sudan who was recently charged in the Hague with perpetrating genocide.

The so-called "moderates" of Abbas's Fatah party that Condi Rice and others like to spend $millions upon millions of U.S. tax dollars on as a "peace" partner for Israel, were passing out candy in the streets of Arab areas in the West Bank, [Judea and Samaria], demonstrating in support of Hizbullah and the freed terrorists. And praising Kuntar as a "hero."

But there was no mention of this in Brit Hume's segment on Kuntar.

For certain, Brit Hume, as resourceful as he must be in gathering news from all the important sources, must have also known of this. Especially if he had seen this JPost report.

I would suspect that Fox, as preferable as it is to other cable news, is too tied in with the Washington Republican establishment. In the State Dept., as well as the Administration.

That being the case they are reluctant to do any reporting that exposes Mahmoud Abbas and his Fatah party as other than the "moderate peace partner" the Administration falsely portrays them as.

And thats not all:

To date I have not seen any reporting on Fox about the $ millions of U.S. tax dollars that are being thrown down that financial sinkhole called the Palestinian Authority. And how this actually serves to foster and promote terrorism. Not to mention U.S. arms and equipment in the hands of Fatah. Of which the Al-Aqsa terrorists openly serve in it's ranks.

No, I do not believe any of this will be covered by Fox or any of the other MSM cable news.

Abbas, Like Arafat, Continues His Double Talk

Another bulldozer terror attack in Jerusalem.

The response from Abbas is par for his course:

He publically condems the terrorist attack, however:

He also is directly attempting to interfere with "counter-terrorism" efforts.

Abbas has said if Israel continues it's counter-terrorism operations he will pull PA "security forces" off the streets in Arab areas.

Now how's that for a man that has been touted as committed to fighting terrorism by Condi Rice?

Instead of applauding and assisting in counter-terrorism efforts, Abbas seeks to thwart Israel at every turn.

Despite more than a thousand rockets fired into Israel from Gaza and other terror attacks originating in Gaza, Abbas publically protested and condemed Israel's counter-terror operations there.

Thus, officially supporting the Hamas terrorists.

Abbas is like Arafat. It's all double talk.

Al-Aqsa terrorists providing security for Obama-Live leak

Nothing the Obama camp should worry about however, Islamic terrorists have already made known their support for Obama.

When Doing The Wrong Thing Is The Right Thing

This past week Israel completed a controversial prisioner exchange.

Five "healthy" terrorists were exchanged for the remains of two Israeli soldiers. It was a controversial exchange because most agree that it will encourage more abductions and hostage taking by the terrorists.

And this is also my opinion. However there is another side to this coin. We cannot but grieve and be in solidarity with the families who suffer.

There is an important truth that has been demonstrated to the world:

Israel values their dead more than Israel's enemies value their living.

Israeli pastor Ron Cantor shares his thoughts below.

From Pastor Cantor's website Messiah's Mandate:

When Doing the Wrong thing is Right
Israel Completes Controversial Prisoner Swap

I have been against this from the beginning—the idea of swapping Israeli soldiers for terrorists and murderers. If you negotiate with terrorists, you encourage them. You are in essence saying that if you want something from us, terror is an effective way to get it.

Two days ago Israel handed over five terrorists, including a notorious cold-blooded killer, Samir Kuntar, and the remains of 200 Lebanese and Palestinian fighters. Israel received the dead bodies of two soldiers in exchange. In Hebrew the word for body and dead body are extremely close: goof and goofa. Yet in reality the difference could not be greater

Samir Kuntar
At the age of 16 Kuntar and his fellow terrorists killed a policeman and entered an apartment building in northern Israel, took a father, Danny Haran, 28, and his four-year-old child, Einat, hostage. The wife, Smadar, hid in a small space with their two- year old daughter. Trying to muffle the child's cries, Smadar accidentally smothered their child to death. While more police were arriving at the scene, the terrorists pulled Danny and Einat to the beach where Kuntar shot Danny at close range and threw him into the sea. Kuntar then killed Einat by crushing her head on the rocks with the butt of his rifle.

...Hizbullah has prepared a national celebration for their hero who has never shown any remorse and has publicly vowed to return to fight in the jihad against Israel. A Palestinian newspaper calls Kuntar "a beacon of light" and an "authentic role model."
(Maoz Israel Prayer Letter maozisrael.org)

For these two reasons I was against the exchange: 1) I don’t want to encourage terrorists to kidnap Israelis (of which I am one!) and 2) it was not a fair exchange.

However, two days ago that all changed for me. We were in our chug hallel (Hebrew-speaking worship home group) on the night after the exchange when one of the worshippers began to pray for the families of the fallen soldiers. She prayed with deep emotion and empathy. As I agreed with her I felt the Lord speak to me.

I will bless Israel. For you value the bodies of fallen soldiers more than they value their living ones. Because Israel is doing the unwise thing for the right reason I will look down from heaven and protect her.

No one in Israel argues that this was a foolish thing to do. What many Israelis have argued about the last few weeks is whether or not this foolish act is actually a righteous act. At the end of the day our nation said, “Yes, it does encourage the terrorists…yes, it does make us the losers in the Lebanon War…yes, it turns Nasrallah into a hero and his group, Hezbollah, into giant killers…no, it is not a fair exchange… but yes, we still must do it.They have found our weakness—we are not barbarians—we put value on human life, and even death.

In the several wars that we have fought since 1948 many Israeli soldiers have lost their lives seeking to retrieve the dead bodies of other soldiers in the midst of battle. And here is where my faith is—that God Almighty, who neither slumbers nor sleeps, will look down from heaven and protect us because of virtues like that.

When I received that word two nights ago it brought deep peace into my spirit. We live in the Middle East. Virtually every other nation here would like us to die. That can be unsettling. Sometimes I find myself driving through Tel Aviv looking at the skyscrapers, wondering if today could be the day one comes down in the midst of yet another terror attack. But then, God’s word says, “The LORD watches over you—the LORD is your shade at your right hand; the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. The LORD will keep you from all harm—he will watch over your life; the LORD will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.” (Ps. 121) That brings me more comfort than all the peace agreements and treaties that the UN can offer us.

I am not saying that we are a righteous nation. Israel has many problems. There are two porn shops right next to our congregational building. One of our most famous singers is a transsexual. There was a gay pride parade in Jerusalem just a few weeks ago. However, what I am saying is that Israel is one of the most humane countries on earth, if not the most—and that means something to the Lord. The funny thing is that most of the world is convinced of the opposite: That we are heartless oppressors. What other nations would allow a neighbor to send hundreds of rockets against her (Gaza/Sderot) and hardly respond? Who? Not the US. Not China. Certainly not Russia.

I am also not saying that we did this because we “can’t be like the terrorists.” Sometimes you have to answer a terrorist like a terrorist. I would get no joy out of torturing another human being no matter how despicable he is, but if my family’s life is in danger, and we have a terrorist with information in custody—we’ll, you get my point. There is a passage in proverbs that reads:

Do not answer a fool according to his folly,
or you will be like him yourself.
Answer a fool according to his folly,
or he will be wise in his own eyes.

In other words, there is a time to respond to a fool to shut him up (or to get information from him concerning forthcoming terror attacks), and a time to ignore a fool so you don’t become like him. This was one of those times. We ignored the inevitable elevation of Hezbollah in the eyes of the Islamo-fascist world to get our boys back. And my dear friend, this does show the difference. Islamic leaders will send out their children to be killed, shoot rockets from civilian-populated neighborhoods and rejoice over a prisoner exchange while forgetting the 1,000 plus dead Lebanese that came in the aftermath of the kidnapping.

How about the young Palestinian boy, Mohamed al Dura, who was shot by his Palestinian leaders because they thought that Israel would be blamed for the callous killing. (Israel was, and still is, blamed around the Arab world despite evidence to the contrary: http://www.theatlantic.com/doc/200306/fallows) Israelis value their dead more than radical Muslims value their living!

Even the released terrorist, Kuntar, sees the difference:

“I'm jealous of the Zionists, who don't spare any effort in bringing back captured soldiers or soldiers' bodies,” convicted killer Samir Kuntar, who was released Wednesday in Israel's prisoner swap with Hizbullah, told the group's Al Manar TV on Thursday night. “Seriously, we are jealous of our enemy and its care for a corpse and how it goes to the end of the world in order to return it, and of its concerns for captives and how it will go to the very edge to bring them back,” he said. State Department Complicit In Islamazation Of America ?

Global Publishing Solutions, a division of the U.S. State Dept., is promoting a "2009 Mosques In America Wall Callendar."

Gates of Vienna has details.

http://gatesofvienna.blogspot.com/2008/07/wheres-aclu-on-this-one.html

Baron Bodisey asks, "Where's the ACLU on this one?"

The particular government webpage, now concealed behind a password protected page, had this:

" In celebration of Ramadan, Global Publishing Solutions [GPS] is offering a limited edition of the 2009 Mosques in America Wall Calendar. This 12 month calendar is perfect for Muslim outreach efforts, as well as office and event giveaways."

" The wall calendar features a vibrant photograph or photomontage for each month. displaying the beauty of mosques in America. The upper half of the hanging calendar depicts mosques facades or interiors, and the lower half displays a monthly calendar grid. The 28-page calendar is saddle-stitched and measures 23 x 30 1/2 cm [9x12 inches]."

Bodisey states:

"Remember, this was on an official goverment [State Dept.] webpage."

Go to Gates of Vienna for the rest. Link provided above.

Now add to this the inadequate response and cooperation of the State Dept. in regards to Saudi school textbooks.

It has refused to make available for examination to the U.S. Commision on International Religious Freedom [USCIRF] copies of those textbooks.

A report from the USCIRF on the contents of a 12th grade Saudi textbook in use at the Saudi Islamic Accademy in northern Virginia revealed passages that advocated violence against both Muslims [Shia] and non-Muslims. And other hate indoctrination.

However, the USCIRF said it had to acquire the copy of that particular textbook from an independent source, rather than from the State Dept.

It is important to note that the Saudi Ambassador  leads the schools advisors. And, that the school derives it's funding from the Saudi Embassy.

These actions of the State Dept. would at least, in my opinion, constitute an unwitting participation in Islamazation.

Helping The "Good Guys In The West Bank"?

Last March Walter Isaacson, of the Aspen Institute, published an article in the Washington Post entitled, "Lets Help The Good Guys In The West Bank."

My rebuttal is here.

Today five healthy Hezbollah terrorists were exchanged for the remains of two Israeli soldiers, Eldad Regev and Ehud Goldwasser.

My deepest condolences to the familes of Ehud Goldwasser and Eldad Regev. Israel mourns. Hopes and prayers for Gilad Schalit and his family.

The response of the good guys in the West Bank:

The Jpost says they are praising it as a historic victory.

What the Jpost left off is that it is no doubt viewed as a victory for Islam. As the forced expulsion of thousands of Israelis from Gaza and northern Samaria was viewed as a victory for Islamic terrorism.

Those good guys Walter Isaacson wants to help are heaping praise upon Samir Kuntar, who crushed the skull of a four-year-old child, as a hero.

Those good guys took to the streets to celebrate the freeing of five healthy terrorists, chanting slogans in support of Hizbullah, or Hezbollah, which ever it is. And passing out candy!

The good guys, who are incorrectly referred to as Palestinians, [there are no Palestinians], also demonstrated in support of the President of Sudan who recently was charged with genocide by the International Criminal Court in The Hague.

Sudaneese President Omar Hassan al-Bashir's Islamic government has waged a jihadist campaign of genocide that has resulted in the deaths of more than 400,000 people and ruined the lives of another 2.5 million.

Much of it against the southern Sudanese Christians as well as other Muslims opposed to Sharia law.

And Walter Isaacson's good guys in the West Bank are out demonstrating in solidarity with the President of Sudan and Hizbullah.

The Fatah terror leader Mahmoud Abbas sent greetings and congradulated the family of Samir Kuntar. Also his Fatah Party organized a rally in Ramallah to celebrate the release of Hizbullah terrorists.

And these are the good guys in the West Bank that Walter Isaacson, Condi Rice, andTony Blair want to help with $millions of dollars in financial aid.

Mr. Isaacson, you wrote that article to encourage the contribution and donation of more $millions of dollars to a society that seeks the destruction of our ally Israel. And to encourage participation in the "Palestine Business Investment Conference", that was held last May.

Mr. Isaacson, if you really want to help the good guys in the West Bank,[ Judea and Samaria], you should help our Israeli friends and allies there.

How about a "Judea and Samaria Business Investment Conference" to help our Israeli friends settle, build, and grow in their own historic land?

Free-Lance Star Makes Use Of Anti-Israel AP Reporter

Satellite Samir Kuntar in photo at left.

Thought there was something screwy with this article in the Free-Lance Star:

"Lebanon happy prisoners returning from Israel." Written by AP Reporter Bassem Mroue.

Mroue most certainly does not speak for "all" the Lebanese.

The article reads almost like a tribute to bloodthirsty Hizbollah terrorist murderer Samir Kuntar.

Mroue almost sounds "sympathetic" to this cold blooded terrorist:

She describes Kuntar as the "perpetrator of an attack" against an Israeli family.

Not the perpetrator of a cold blooded premeditated murder.

She does not call him a terrorist. She does not refer to the attack as an act of senseless violent terrorism.

She never once refers to Hizbullah as a recognized terrorist organization, but merely as a "guerrilla group".

She also describes the ceromonies and celebrations that will welcome the return of freed terrorists.

A post at the media blog of National Review by Nathan Goulding shed more light:

"Bassem Mroue: Anti-Israel AP Reporter"- Goulding writes:

"Following up on a reader tip, I looked into one of the AP's reporters, Bassem Mroue. Mroue has a personal blog full of anti-Israel sentiments ..."

Go to the link provided just above to read the rest of what Goulding reveals.

Whoever the folks are at the Free-Lance Star responsible for which articles on a topic to run with, they would have done far better to run with an article like this one from JPost:

Peres Signs Pardon For Lebanese Murderer Samir Kuntar. As well as the related article below:

A Celebration of Evil-an article about the "celebrations" planned to welcome back the Islamofascist terrorists.

Iran: Obama Still Doesn't Get It

Iran has reportedly test fired nine missles with a range of 1,250 miles.

If accurate, this would place Israel, Afghanistan, and Pakistan within range.

Obama's response:

"Now is the time to work with our friends and allies, and to pursue direct and aggresive diplomacy with the Iranian regime backed by tougher unilateral and multilateral sanctions."

That statement reveals the utter depth of Obama's willful denial in regards to the nature of the Iranian regime.

No amount of diplomatic dialogue will deter Iran's quest for a nuclear weapon.

This is because the regime is driven by a particular Islamist ideology. They want to see the return of the 12th Imam. As well known author and scholar Bernard Lewis wrote in the Wall Street Journal:

" There is a radical difference between the Islamic Republic of Iran and other governments with nuclear weapons. This difference is exspressed in what can only be described as the apocalyptic worldview of Iran's present rulers."

In other words, neither sanctions nor "aggresive diplomacy" will dissuade Iran. They have an agenda, just as the 9/11 Islamic terrorists who were willing to kill themselves had an agenda.

In their worldview they can "encourage" the return of the 12th Imam by creating chaos.

Add to this all of Ahamadinejad's statements saying Israel should be "wiped off the map", makes preventing Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon the most urgent course of action.

"On Earth as it is in Heaven."- the same all-powerful Designer made both.

Check out this link: the Art of God.

Consider this:

From August 16-22nd 2005, television screens all across America were filled with the images of thousands of Israelis forcefully "expelled" and uprooted from their homes and land in Gaza, in large part because of American pressure with the "Roadmap."

Seven days to the day later on August 29th 2005, television screens were filled with the images of tens of thousands of Americans forcefully "expelled" from their homes and land, by an Act of God called "Katrina."

You may remember the media describing Katrina as a disaster of "Biblical" proportions.

Some may say "wait a minute, the people in the Gulf coast aren't to blame for the actions of the policymakers in the government."

That's true, but God has the ability to accomplish a variety of His purposes with the same event. While working out His plans and purposes in the lives of folks in the Gulf coast, could He not also send a message, [warning], to our nation's leaders?

The "experts" said 2006 would be worse for hurricanes.

Not one made landfall on our coasts.

There is a "boss" over the powerful forces of nature, and it isn't "mother nature."
