However, the so-called "peace-process" is only used as a tactic by the Fatah Islamists to solicit $ millions in foreign aid, pressure Israel for territorial concessions, while their ultimate objective to destroy Israel remains unchanged.

How about the Hamas Gaza bailouts, or the Fatah bailouts?
The Obama Administration has just announced it will give $400 million in U.S. taxpayer money for the terrorist Hamas population in Gaza.
This is in addition to the $900 million Sect. of State Clinton pledged for Gaza and Abbas's Palestinian Authority at a meeting last March '09.- more here.
