No fan of the moonbat "crazy dictator" of Libya, Muammar Qaddafi, but--
the Obama Administration and the UN have never been this tough with the "crazy" Islamofascist dictators in Iran:
["Any time you have somebody who laughs with American and international journalists while slaughtering his own people, I think they're not only delusional, one has to question their grip on reality," Rice said on NBC's "Today Show," referring to an interview Qaddafi gave Monday to ABC and the BBC.]
["We have to assume that we're dealing with somebody who is no longer--if ever was--fit to lead his nation and whose behavior is unpredictable and irrational," Rice added-, read the rest here].
Neither Obama nor the Islamofascist-highjacked UN have ever made, or issued any statements like that about Ahmadinejad.
Ahmadinejad and the ruling Iranian Islamofacist regime laughed at the international community while they murdered-slaughtered their own citizens protesting a stolen election.
Lets visit that statement about Qaddafi made by U.S. Ambassador Susan Rice again:
"We have to assume that we're dealing with somebody who is no longer-if ever was-fit to lead his nation and whose behavior is unpredictable and irrational"-Rice
Hmmm...,
Unpredictable, irrational:
That the North Korean dictatorship is unpredictable and irrational has been well documented. Here and here.
Iran's "delusional" statements, "irrational" behavior, are motivated by a seriously "irrational" ideology.
But the behavior and irrational ideology that drives the "crazy" Islamist dictatorship of Iran is quite "predictable":
If and when Iran obtains a nuclear weapons capability, the "crazy" Islamofascist dictators will use it.
Watch the movie Iranium here.
Unlike the current getting tough actions against Libya's Qaddafi, Iranian assets have not been frozen. A few slap on-the-wrist sanctions, but no large scale frozen assets.
A travel ban has been imposed on Qaddafi and family members.
No travel ban has ever been imposed on Ahmadinejad or the ruling Ayatollah mullahs.
In fact, after publically stating that Israel should be "wiped off the map", and engaging in repugnant false "Holocaust denial", Ahmadinejad has been allowed U.S. entry visas.
At present there is talk of imposing a "no-fly zone" over Libya.
Evidently intimidated and alarmed by the U.S. led invasion into, and take-down of Iraq's Sadam Hussein in 2003, Qaddafi came clean and gave up Libya's nuclear weapon's program.
Iran continues to push foward in its quest for a nuclear weapons capability.
Iran is a "current" state-sponsor of terrorism.
Iranian terror proxy groups and the Iranian Revolutionary Guards have been responsible for numerous terrorist attacks that have claimed the lives of many Americans and other innocent victims the world over.
A vigorusly enforced "no-fly zone" over Iran would greatly hamper its transfer and smuggling of weapons.
To date, there has been no talk of imposing a "no-fly zone" over Iran. And there won't be. And certainly not as long as Turkey remains a member of NATO.
On that matter,-"NATO Needs to Give Turkey the Boot"
The enforcement responsibility of a"no-fly zone" over Iran would of course heavily involve NATO.
But as long as Turkey, cultivating deeper Islamist ties with Iran, remains a veto weilding member of NATO, any major military action is highly unlikely.
In that regard, Islam has veto-power over NATO.
