Victory for Freedom of Speech in California

From Fox News:

"Jury Finds Muslim Students Guilty of Disrupting Free Speech"

Key excerpt:

["Jurors found 10 Muslim students guilty Friday of disrupting a lecture by the Israeli ambassador at a California university in a case that stoked a spirited debate about free speech.

Jurors delivered the verdicts in Orange County Superior Court in the case involving a speech by Ambassador Michael Oren in February 2010 at the University of California, Irvine.

The students were also convicted of conspiring to disrupt Oren's speech.

The students were charged with misdemeanor counts after standing up, one by one, and shouting prepared statements at Oren such as "propagating murder is not an expression of free speech."

Prosecutors say the students broke the law by interrupting Oren's speech on U.S.-Israel relations and cutting short the program, despite calls to behave from campus officials. Defense attorneys argued the students had a right to protest.

Nearly 200 people packed the courtroom to hear closing arguments at the trial that some community members called a waste of taxpayers' money and an effort to single out the defendants because they are Muslim.

Prosecutor Dan Wagner told jurors the students acted as censors to block the free flow of ideas and infringed upon the rights of 700 people who had gone to the Irvine campus to hear Oren..."]-read the rest.

Everyone Knows Bill Clinton Lies: A Lot!

Committing perjury lying in civil court.

Committing perjury lying to Federal Grand jury.

All that lying led to his impeachment by the U.S. House.

As well as lying about Israel and Netanyahu here and here.

Palestinian UN statehood bid is an act of "jihad", not frustration. Part and parcel of the Islamic quest for global domination and Islamic supremacism.

If anyone has a right to be "frustrated" it is Israel:

Frustrated by clueless world leaders and dhimmi diplomats who pressure Israel to engage in reckless appeasement for "peace",-but no peace.

An utter failure, [willfull failure], by the international community to grasp or acknowledge the real cause of the conflict:

Islamic ideology straight out of the Koran.

As Eric Stakelbeck correctly sums it up- "it's the ideology stupid".

Who Didn't Walk Out on Iranian President Ahmadinejad's Idiot UN Speech?

Ahmadinejad_3 According to this report, delegates from more than thirty countries walked out to protest Iranian president Ahmadinejad's nut-ball speech at the UN:

["American diplomats led a walkout at the U.N. General Assembly Thursday as Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad fiercely attacked the United States and major West European nations as "arrogant powers" ruled by greed and eager for military adventurism.

The two U.S. diplomats, who specialize in the Middle East, were followed out of the chamber by diplomats from more than 30 countries. They included the 27 European Union members, Australia, New Zealand, Somalia, Liechtenstein, Monaco, San Marino and Macedonia, a U.N. diplomat said. Israel boycotted the speech..."]

That's all?

Delegates from only about 34 UN member countires walked out?

The various country delegates who did participate in the walk-out protest is commendable, but who didn't walk-out also says a lot.

A lot about how useless, high-jacked, and irrelevant the UN has become since it was founded.

There are 192 UN member countries.

What about the delegates from the majority of the other UN member countries?

Delegates from communist, marxist, socialist, and majority Muslim countries?

What about the Mexican and other central and South American UN member countries?

None of them are mentioned in the report as having participated in the walk-out protest.

What about Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and the host of other muslim-majority countries?

United We Stand

To hear Obama speak, it is only Al-qaeda and UBL that attacked America and wages war against us.

But Al-qaeda is just one of many Islamic jihad terror groups and organizations throughout the globe that seeks our subjugation or demise.

What about Iran and its Islamic terrorist proxy Hezbollah? Both the Iranian government and Hezbollah have perpetrated acts of war against the U.S.

This is a global war fueled by Islamic ideology straight out of the Koran. It has been going on for 1400 years.

Before the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor on Dec. 7th 1941 most Americans had little interest or concern with the fighting in Europe with the Nazis. -"It was Europes problem".

It was only after Germany, allied with the Japanese, declared war on America that this nation became involved in the war in Europe.

From that point the U.S. began fighting a war that England had already been fighting for more than a year.

After 9/11 the U.S. became more involved in fighting this same war against global militant Islam that our ally Israel has already been fighting for over 50 years.

Key excerpts:

["...the US has unevenly applied its tactic of denying terrorists free rein in territory of their choosing. In his historic speech before the Joint Houses of Congress on September 20, 2001, Bush pledged, 'We will pursue nations that provide aid or safe haven to terrorism. Every nation in every region now has a decision to make: Either you are with us, or you are with the terrorists. From this day forward, any nation that continues to harbor or support terrorism will be regarded by the United States as a hostile regime.'

And yet, while the US applied this principle in Afghanistan and Iraq, it applied it only partially in Pakistan, and failed to apply it at all in Iran, Syria, Lebanon and the Palestinian Authority."]

Rep. Walsh Introduces Bill Supporting Israel in Judea and Samaria

U.S. Congressman Joe Walsh:

[Today, Congressman Joe Walsh introduced a resolution supporting Israel’s right to annex Judea and Samaria in the event that the Palestinian Authority continues to press for unilateral U.N. recognition of Palestinian statehood.  It anticipates the General Assembly vote on recognition of Palestinian statehood scheduled for September 20.  The resolution coincides with a bill being introduced in the Israeli Knesset to terminate all obligations and agreements made between Israel and the Palestinian Authority and implement full Israeli sovereignty over the land in which Jewish communities of Judea and Samaria currently reside.

“The Palestinian Authority has repeatedly violated peace agreements and has even joined forces with the terrorist group Hamas.  But the United States has continued to give aid to the Palestinians on the one condition that they continue to negotiate with Israel for peace.  Now the Palestinians can’t even do that and have cut Israel completely out of the process by pushing for unilateral recognition of Palestinian statehood at the United Nations.  This is the last straw.  It is clear that the Palestinian Authority no longer has any interest in peace.”

“We must stand firmly by Israel because a strong and secure democracy in the Middle East is absolutely vital to American security.  The Palestinian Authority has to negotiate directly with Israel.  If it is going to continue to cut Israel out and violate its peace agreements, then the United States must support Israel’s efforts to defend its sovereignty and the security of its citizens.”

“A U.N. recognized Palestinian state would potentially put Israelis directly under the sovereignty of a group of people that have sworn the destruction of Israel and its people.  This is unacceptable, and, in the absence of a negotiated peace agreement, Israel has the right to protect its citizens living in Judea and Samaria by annexing those territories.”]

Note that last paragraph:

[“A U.N. recognized Palestinian state would potentially put Israelis directly under the sovereignty of a group of people that have sworn the destruction of Israel and its people.  This is unacceptable, and, in the absence of a negotiated peace agreement, Israel has the right to protect its citizens living in Judea and Samaria by annexing those territories.”]

In the absence of a bogus peace-agreement heck... , Judea and Samaria belong to Israel at any rate.
