Attention Joe Farah: Time for "None of the Above" Campaign!

Many will remember the None of the Above campaign for the GOP presidential nomination four years ago initiated by Joseph Farah from his website WorldNetdaily.

That because of deep disatisfaction with the crop of GOP candidates seeking the nomination. For sure WND must have made some money off of it's None of the Above bumper stickers sold by the WND on-line store.

Eventually Farah did get behind a GOP candidate for president:

Sarah Palin

He could not bring himself to support the GOP nominee John McCain for president.

Sarah Palin injected excitement and enthusiasm that had been obviously missing.

If it had not been for Sarah Palin, McCain would have been trounced by Obama ten times worse.

Farah never did endorse any of the GOP candidates for the nomination.

Flash forward four years:

Attention Joe Farah, - time for another None of the Above campaign.

We have seen one GOP candidate after another implode.

Pamela Geller has pointed out Rick Perry's questionable bonifides to fight and resist the Islamization of America.

Herman Cain has been self-destructing during interviews and debates with regards to foreign policy.

Whether or not any of the harrasment charges made against him have any merit, Cain has demonstrated he is not ready for the presidency.

Forget Romney, Huntsman, and Paul. Two rinos and a foreign policy lunatick.

Santorum and Bachman are not electable.

Common sense says if you can't win re-election to the Senate in your home state, how can you win the presidency?

Newt Gingrich, while sounding better in the debates, is an establishment candidate who favors amnesty for illegal aliens.

Gingrich does not inspire enthusiasm.

In other words, if there is not to be anyone else seeking the GOP nomination that folks can get excited about, then Obama wins again.

Is it really too late for anyone else to enter the GOP nomination process?

Since Sarah Palin will not run, IMHO Frank Gaffney Jr. would make an excellent president.

He is a conservative and clearly understands the threats against America from within and externally. Threats like Islamic Shariah law.

When the question was put to Herman Cain during one of the last debates,- "Pakistan-friend or foe"?, that initiated a whole segment of questions dealing with Pakistan.

Unfortunately, not a single one of the GOP candidates pointed out that Pakistan is governed according to Islamic Sharia law, [an enemy and "foe" of true democracy, freedom of speech and religion].

Both Michelle Bachman and Rick Santorum defended aid to Pakistan from a need to stay engaged with Pakistan because of it's nukes.

But any aid should be linked to, and conditioned, on true democratic reform in Pakistan.

That means an utter abolishment of Islamic Shariah law as the basis of governing.

Team Obama would like nothing better than for Mitt Romney to be the GOP nominee.

They know millions of Christian conservative evangelicals will never vote for Romney because he is a flip-flopper, not a true conservative, and is a member of what is viewed as a counterfiet Christian cult religion.

Which would mean a less than enthusiastic GOP turn out on election day.

While publically the democratic MSM machine likes to portray Romney as the GOP's best candidate to take on Obama, he's the one they really want to run against.

Frank Gaffney Jr. for president!

Europe's Suicide Via Islam

Found via Seraphic Secret:

"Here’s a brilliant essay by Bat Ye’or on the Islamization of Europe, a self-inflicted wound growing out of Europe’s willfull ignorance of imperialist Islamic theology, the abandonment of Christianity, and a craven dhimmitude to petro-rich genocidal-yearning Islamist fascists."

The Palestinization of UNESCO

["In January 1981 the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) Summit meeting in Mecca declared that, "Palestine should be viewed as the paramount issue of Muslim nations." Since then Europe hastened to adopt this path as well and has provided for the Palestinization of the cultural, social and above all political life of Europe.

For three decades, Europe obeyed the OIC in a servile manner. The EU has effectively created a major problem for itself that is eating away and destroying it. The EU made Palestine the hub of its international policy, transforming it into a symbol of peace and universal harmony, in a world that would not know "justice" until its coming. The only obstacle to this paradise is the Machiavellian Israel, the oppressor and usurper of Palestine, whose purity as a peaceful victim is the harbinger of global justice.

Europe does not yet dare use armed force against Israel, whose existence it claims to defend, while advising it to commit suicide. Europe fights Israel with the infamous Nazi weapons by delegitimizing its existence, robbing it of its history, defaming it by propaganda, hatred and attempts to destroy its economy through boycotts, divestment and sanctions (BDS). Toward this goal it encourages an international campaign of incitement to hatred by financing anti-Israel NGOs and lobbies. Europe claims that Jewish existence in its ancestral homeland, Judea and Samaria, is an "occupation" - a colonization. In this way, Israel has become a state that is occupying its own historical homeland. In Orwellian language propagandists speak of "the Israeli occupation of Palestinian land" that is called Judea, and not of the ethnic and religious cleansing of Jews from their homeland through wars, expulsions, dispossession and the dehumanizing apartheid rule of dhimmitude. Euro-jihadists invoke "Palestinian resistance" rather than the reality of their terrorism that has spread throughout the planet. The EU has used every stratagem to force Israel to self-destruct in the name of Palestine. That destruction would lead to an era of "justice and peace" in the world in the same way the charnel houses of Auschwitz were meant to purify humanity from Jews.

What does Palestinization mean? Firstly, it means creating a people as a substitute for Israel, which takes over its history and therefore its legitimacy. From Palestinization (like the Nazification of Europe two decades before) comes the delegitimization of Israel, an intruder state in the region and in history, even in humanity. The Palestinization of history denies Israel’s identity, culture, historic and human rights within its homeland, including Judea, Samaria and Jerusalem. For the OIC this process is part and parcel of Islamic theology, which regards the Bible as simply a falsified version of the Koran. According to Islam, biblical history is Islamic history, and the biblical characters we see represented in churches are all Muslim prophets who have virtually no connection with the facts reported in the Bible.

This context explains the Islamization of the Jewish and Christian religious heritage, an approach that involves denying the identity of these two religions, since Christianity views itself as emerging from Judaism, whose Scriptures it adopted. If the Bible is an Islamic account, Christianity too, and not just Judaism, are both falsifications of Islam. The negation of biblical history, with which Europe has assiduously linked itself by claiming that Israel is a colonizing intruder in its own homeland thereby challenges the historic rights of the Jews to their own homeland. This also negates Christian history and confirms the Koranic interpretation refuting the historicity of both the Torah and the Gospels.

Hence, if there was never a history of Israel or of the Gospels, but only the history of Ibrahim, Ishmael, Issa (the Koranic Jesus), if all the biblical kings and prophets were Muslim, in what is the West rooted? Would it not be in the Koran? That is the logical conclusion of Europe's choice, when, furious at the return of the Jews to Jerusalem in 1967, it deliberately decided to deny them their ancient capital. It attributed their heritage to those who, by a war of invasion, had illegitimately occupied it since 1948, expelling and dispossessing all its Jewish inhabitants. In a nutshell, if the Israelis are foreign colonialists, occupiers of their own country, it means they have no past, no history, and if Judaism is just a tissue of lies, the same applies to Christianity. If Israel never existed in the past, then its modern restoration is just a colonial deception to conquer territory to which it has no historical, religious or cultural claims, and so its destruction is justified. If history testifies to the contrary, then Europe becomes willingly responsible for the abominable crime of genocide – wiping out the past existence of a people in order to remove its current legitimacy and its human, religious, cultural and historical rights. This reflects the participation, organization and financing by European nations and the European Commission of an international campaign of incitement to hatred for the dismembering of Israel.

The Palestinization of Europe is not just its theological Islamization through Palestinianism, this being the ideology for Israel’s demise by disclaiming a people’s territorial sovereignty, history and culture, in conformity with the jihadist worldview. Palestinianism is also a paranoid obsession to hound Israel while claiming it is for its own good. By proclaiming that the Palestinian cause is the cause of peace and justice, Europe invests enormous energy, billions of euros and every effort to send Israel back behind the 1948 lines which it knows are indefensible. Hundreds of thousands of books, accusations and speeches subvert the facts and impose this policy."]

Pro-Israel Christian Group Upset Over Discrimination in Judea, Samaria

From Arutz Sheva News:

"Christian tourists, threatened by arrest during a solidarity visit at an outpost in Judea and Samaria, ask Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu why leftists at the site were not arrested."

[Very good question]

The 34 Canadians and eight Americans stopped by the Oz Tzion outpost during their recent two-week visit.

“Your troops showed up and threatened to arrest the men of our group if we did not leave within 10 minutes,” Alberta, Canada resident Al Dublanko wrote the Prime Minister.

He revealed, “The colonel who came to arrest us, confessed that he has seen many busloads of foreigners come to his region, all in support of the Arabs against the settlers.”

Dublanko asked Prime Minister Netanyahu, “Why would you so easily let these confessed enemies of Israel wander around with immunity, and arrest us who support you?

[Again, very good question]

On a previous visit we went to Bat Ayin [in Gush Etzion], and the residents were visibly upset thinking us to be yet another busload of Peace Now activists coming to taunt them over the terrible slayings of their children.”

The Christian group had visited Oz Tzion shortly after Israeli police raided the community and destroyed most of it. Dublanko wrote, “The pathetic little outpost had already suffered the indignity of having 15 shacks torn down in a violent manner by your troops during the night, and they had succeeded in rebuilding only one….

“Mr. Netanyahu, you are confused. We are not your enemy. You do not seem to know who your heroes or your friends are. You move against your own people with the excuse of keeping rules and agreements, meanwhile ignoring the rules and even facilitating the rule breaking of your enemies.

“You protect the most anti-Semitic leftist groups as they move around your country trying to foment anti-Israeli sentiments, and expel our little group because we agree with the settlers in their belief that G-d gave the Jewish people the land."

[“You protect the most anti-Semitic leftist groups as they move around your country trying to foment anti-Israeli sentiments, and expel our little group because we agree with the settlers in their belief that G-d gave the Jewish people the land."]

“Mr. Prime Minister, your attempt at appeasement of world opinion is not working nor can it ever work. Jews are a chosen people and Israel is a special country, established not by a UN declaration, or Balfour Declaration, or any negotiations, not even by the might of the IDF, but by an ancient promise by G-d….

“We Christians know this, the Arabs know this, and you and every Jew in the world knows this. This is not to be debated….

“The European nations who support the Anti- Israel peace movements so generously, have the same hatred toward the Jewish people that they showed in WW2, and these groups are just their grandchildren trying to finish the task…

Dublanko said he is planning to send his teenage children to Israel in the spring because “we want them to see the courage and faith of the settlers and the total commitment of the youth like those of Oz Tzion and Bat Ayin.  We ask that you not arrest them.”

What Manny Soccer Fans and Black Friday Shoppers Have in Common

Insanity!

For all you soccer fans,--its just a 'game'.

For all you shoppers,-- quit acting like soccer fans.

MNMID101-1125_2011_020002_high

Manny 'day-after' Thanksgiving shoppers across the country acted crazy, like a lot of soccer fans because their team lost a game:

["Not to be outdone by the Vancouver Canucks fans repeat riot of 2011, the River Plate soccer fans in Buenos Aires rioted again at Monumental Stadium. This latest moronic act came after the Argentine team tied Belgrano 1-1 leading to a demotion to a lower division."]

[Black Friday deals bring out sharp elbows around the US; shoppers scuffle, use pepper spray]-

"A shopper in Los Angeles pepper-sprayed her competition for an Xbox and scuffles broke out elsewhere around the U.S. as bargain-hunters crowded stores in an earlier-than-usual start to the madness known as Black Friday.

For the first time, chains such as Target, Best Buy and Kohl's opened their doors at midnight on the most anticipated shopping day of the year. Toys R Us opened for the second straight year on Thanksgiving itself. And some shoppers arrived with sharp elbows.

Near Muskegon, Mich., a teenage girl was knocked down and stepped on several times after getting caught in the rush to a sale in the electronics department at a Walmart. She suffered minor injuries.

On Thanksgiving night, a Walmart in Los Angeles brought out a crate of discounted Xboxes, and as a crowd waited for the video game players to be unwrapped, a woman fired pepper spray at the other shoppers "in order to get an advantage," police said.

Ten people suffered cuts and bruises in the chaos, and 10 others had minor injuries from the spray, authorities said. The woman got away in the confusion, and it was not immediately clear whether she got an Xbox.

On Friday morning, police said, two women were injured and a man was charged after a fight broke out at an upstate New York Walmart. A man was arrested in a scuffle at a jewelry counter at a Walmart in Kissimmee, Fla.

Wal-Mart Stores, the nation's biggest retailer, has taken steps in recent years to control its Black Friday crowds following the 2008 death of one of its workers in a stampede of shoppers. This year, it staggered its door-buster deals instead of offering them all at once.

Wal-Mart spokesman Greg Rossiter said Black Friday was safe at most of its nearly 4,000 U.S., but there were "a few unfortunate incidents."

Congressman Want PA Probed for ties with Terror? Probe This!

According to a report at Arutz Sheva U.S. congressman want the Fatah run Palestinian Authority probed for ties to terror:

["Two Florida and New York Congress members have asked for an investigation to determine if the Palestinian Authority is using U.S. aid for terrorists."]

What?

Don't those congressman ever read any of the reports at Palestinian Media Watch?

Or any of the reports made by Aaron Klein of WND?

Do they know that Mahmoud Abbas's Fatah which runs the Palestinan Authority officially endorsed the Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, [U.S. recognized terrorist Organization], as the "military wing" of Fatah?

Probe this.  This from Memri. And this from Gateway Pundit.

This from the Terror Finance blog.

Funding for official PA TV comes from the PA general budget. Which in turn is partly funded by the U.S. taxpayers:

Thanksgiving in America's Most Historic City

Canon

The Country Cookin, a popular restaurant with many residents, will have a nice feast buffet for Thanksgiving:

Food2

And what better way to offset those Thanksgiving Day calories than to go for a nice jog along Lee Drive in fall color splendor-

Via Races in Places

Lee_Drive

Confederate trenches line both sides of Lee Drive. From the entrance to Lee Drive just off Lafayette blvd., to where it dead ends at one of Jackson's artillery placements, is about 4.5 miles.

There is also a hiking trail close to the entrance that leads up to Lee's "lookout" position.

Red Skelton on Thanksgiving

41XsAtFfksL__SL500_Via Famous Clowns:

This is taken from ”The Thanksgiving Turkey,” an episode of “The Red Skelton Show” where Red Skelton plays his Clem Kaddiddlehopper at the first Thanksgiving. At the very end of the episode, Red Skelton addresses the audience and says:

[“Now I have a little something to say on behalf of our American home.

In the year 1620, a group of hardy, determined people crossed the Atlantic in quest of a land where they might live freely, and worship above a whisper. These Pilgrims found such a home, known as the United States of America, and history tells us that our forefathers gave humble thanks to God on the last Thursday of November of that year for their deliverance.

To me, this Thanksgiving, 332 years later, is one of the most important Thanksgivings we’ll ever celebrate. And when we offer thanks this time, let’s also ask God to give us strength to keep a firm hold on the freedoms which are now being threatened.

If this country is conquered by aggressors, there can be no other pilgrimage, for there will be no more free lands that they may go to.”]

How About Including Gross Graphic Images on Alcoholic Beverages?

How about forcing the manufacturers of alcoholic beverages to include graphic images of victims of alcohol-related fatal auto accidents on every purchase of a six-pack of beer, bottle of wine, or liquor?

Or horrible graphic images of alcohol-related diseased kidneys or livers?

Graphic images of victims of alcohol-related violence, disease, and auto accidents included along with every television advertisement?

Including such horrible graphic images would tell the "other side" of the effects of the consumption of alcoholic beverages that Budweiser, and other well known sponsors of sporting events, deliberately do not address in their advertising.

But that would sure make the booze lobby upset.

The federal anti-smoking campaign wants to impose that very thing on the purchase of cigarettes:

["A U.S. district judge today blocked federal requirements for tobacco companies to include graphic images on cigarette packages such as a sewn up corpse and the diseased lungs of a smoker."

The Judge, Richard Leon, stopped the requirement until a lawsuit brought by four of the five biggest tobacco companies in the U.S. over the graphic images is resolved, the Associated Press reports. In his ruling, however, Leon wrote that it was likely the tobacco companies would win their lawsuit to block the requirements."]

Now the federal government would not dare desire or attempt such a thing with alcoholic beverages. Booze enjoys more social acceptance than tobacco.

Even though both are killers.

Pakistan Friend or Foe? We Do Know the Answer to that Mr. Cain

[Scroll to bottom for update]

That question was put to Herman Cain by Major Garrett. The question and Cain's unsatisfactory response began a whole segment on foreign policy touching Pakistan.

Here is Cain's response:

[Major Garrett: Related to that, Mr. Cain, I'd like to pick up on a point that Speaker Gingrich just made. You have said about foreign policy, "America needs to be clear about who its friends are and who its foes are." So this evening, sir, Pakistan, friend or foe?

Herman Cain: We don't know. Because Pakistan-- it's not clear, because Pakistan is where Osama bin Laden was found and eliminated. Secondly, Pakistanis have a conversation with President Karzai from Afghanistan and they-- and President Karzai has said that if the United States gets into a dispute with Pakistan, then Afghanistan's gonna side with Pakistan. There is a lot of clarity missing, like Speaker Gingrich says, in this whole region. And they are all interrelated. So there isn't a clear answer as to whether or not Pakistan is a friend or foe. That relationship must be reevaluated.

Major Garrett: If you were president, sir, and your national security council asked you what questions you would want answered to find out a better answer to this very question, what would you tell 'em?

Herman Cain: I would ask them what commitment is Pakistan willing to make to assure the United States of America that they are a friend or of-- or a foe. And be specific about that. Will they make commitments relative to the commitment of their military, if we have to make commitments? Are they willing to come to some regional-- agreement about what we need to do? We need a regional strategy in that area of the world, such that all of our allies, wor-- we work together in order to come up with those things that would be mutually beneficial to everyone. Those are the questions that need to be asked."]

The entire CBS GOP debate transcript.

Surprisingly Newt Gingrich made the most sense. Here is his response:

[Newt Gingrich: I'm absolute-- I mean, what he said made absolutely perfect sense. Why would you start every year-- and consider the alternative. You're giving some country $7 billion a year. So you start off-- or-- or in the case of Egypt, $3 billion a year. So you start off every year and say, "Here's your $3 billion, now I'll start thinking"? You ought to start off at zero and say, "Explain to me why I should give you a penny."

And let me tell you, the fact that the Pakistanis-- he didn't think about this. The Pakistanis hid Bin Laden for at least six years in a military city within a mile of their national defense university? And then they got mad at the people who turned him over to us? And we think those are the acts of allies? I think that's a pretty good idea to start at zero and sometimes stay there.

Major Garrett: Just a quick follow up, Mr. Speaker. Since you've entered-- since you mentioned Egypt, Mr. Speaker, I just want to know, if you were president, if the aid that we currently provide on an annualized basis to Egypt would be completely rethought and possibly eliminated, if you were president?

Newt Gingrich: It would certain-- it would certainly be completely rethought. And candidly, the degree to which the Arab Spring may become an anti-Christian spring is something which bothers me a great deal. And I would certainly have the State Department intervening on behalf of the (UNINTEL) Christians, who are being persecuted under the new system, having their churches burned, having people killed. And I'd be pretty insistent that we are not gonna be supportive of a regime, which is explicitly hostile to-- to religions other than Islam."]

While Gingrich's remarks concerning how to handle financial aid and policy towards Pakistan was the best among the candidates, he along with all the other GOP candidates failed to point out that Pakistan is governed according to anti-democratic Islamic Shariah law.

That being the case it is already a "failed state", and is quickly becoming a "pariah state".

During that portion of the debate segment which began with the question posed to Herman Cain as to whether or not Pakistan is friend or foe, this blogger had high hopes that all or at least some of the candidates would make mention of the ill treatment and imprisionment of Asia Bibi, and how other Pakistani Christians are routinely discriminated against under Islamic Shariah law and persecuted because they are a non-muslim minority.

In the case of Asia Bibi she was imprisoned on a bogus trumped up charge of "blasphemy" under Islamic Shariah law.

Asia Bibi update.

The reader can learn about Pakistan's rediculous insane "blasphemy laws" here.

America is a democratic country where freedom of speech and true freedom of religion serve as the cornerstones of the foundation of real democracy.

Islamic Shariah law, under which Pakistan is governed, is an ardent "foe" and enemy of freedom and real democracy.

Not to mention, which Gingrich did, that Bin Laden had safe sanctuary in a "military town" within Pakistan for several years.

Does that bring to mind anything in particular?

["You are either with us or you are with the terrorists."

"If you harbor terrorists--you are a terrorist".]

There is your answer Mr. Cain.

Poll: Americans Like Israeli PM Netanyahu more than Obama

NetanyahuFrom Israel Today magazine:

["US President Barack Obama accidentally let it be known last week that he doesn't think much of Israeli leader Benjamin Netanyahu.

But that's OK, because Obama's own countrymen actually prefer Netanyahu over their own president.

A poll conducted by the group Greenber Quinlan Rosner found that 52.3 percent of Americans rate Netanyahu positively, compared to 51.5 percent for Obama. Other polls have Obama's approval ratings even lower, while Netanyahu has been consistently winning praise.

The results of the poll were enthusiastically discussed on Israel's Channel 10 News on Thursday."]
